ARRIVAL

The holiday accommodation will be handed over on arrival without any defects. Should something nevertheless be defective or otherwise not be in order, please inform me immediately: Phone: +49 160 90316458 / e-Mail: info@guesthouse-gaersnaes.com. I will immediately see to it that the defects are remedied.

STAY

All objects in the guesthouse may be used by the tenant. We ask you to treat the furnishings and equipment of our guesthouse with consideration. Please wear slippers in the guesthouse and take off your street shoes in the entrance area. All indoor furniture may not be brought or moved outside. Rearrangement of furniture is not permitted in any way. Settings on the heating or electronic devices in the holiday property may not be changed or reprogrammed without prior consultation with the landlord.

The beds are made upon your arrival. Please remove the used bed linen on your departure and put it in the bathroom. Any necessary cleaning of the holiday property during your stay will not be replaced by the final cleaning included in the price. Everything you need for a usual cleaning is ready for you and should be used. An initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper is provided. Smoking is not permitted in the entire building. Please go to the terrace or garden area and use an ashtray. Completely cooled cigarette butts will be disposed of in the residual waste. If there are burn marks or holes, the tenant will of course pay for the repair costs and report this damage.

During the agreed rental period, you assume responsibility for the rented holiday property. Always close all doors when leaving and always secure by pin code. We accept no liability in the event of burglary or theft. Please supervise your children and ensure that your “little ones” also observe the house rules. We accept no liability for personal injury.

KITCHEN

Crockery, cutlery, pots etc. may only be returned to their storage places in a clean and dry condition. Hot objects such as pots or pans should only ever be placed on tables and worktops with coasters. Use a kitchen board as a base for cutting and chopping food. We ask you to leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean. Cleaning products are also available for the oven.



PARKING

You can park in the selected parking spaces in front of the guesthouse and also in the adjacent side streets if this is indicated accordingly. The landlord accepts no liability for the vehicle parked in the car park and its contents.

INTERNET/WiFi

You can use the WiFi connection provided by us with your end devices free of charge. You will find the valid WiFi code in the Guesthouse info folder. The tenant always uses the internet at his own risk. The landlord assumes no liability for any activities of the tenant on the net. Please understand that we have to protect ourselves against misuse with a signature from you.

DAMAGE

If something does break or become damaged, please inform us of this damage immediately and not at the time of your departure. We cannot accept defects discovered after your departure. The tenant is liable for any major damage to the equipment. We will take care of all other minor damage, such as broken glasses or similar. Please let us know if something has been broken.

DISPOSAL

Waste must be carefully separated. Bins for residual waste, paper, glass and plastic packaging are available outside for disposal. Please do not throw food scraps, rubbish or toiletries down toilets or other drains.

YOUR DEPARTURE

Please leave the holiday property in a tidy condition, this includes:

  • Empty the fridge and wipe it dry
  • Clean dishes and put them back in their place when dry
  • Dispose of any remaining food
  • If necessary, clean the oven, grill and fireplace Stow garden furniture properly Switch off electrical appliances (except fridge)
  • Dispose of household rubbish in the rubbish bins provided Leave our holiday home in a clean and tidy state.
  • Please check that all doors are closed before you leave.
  • Please leave the holiday accommodation in a clean condition.

This is the only way we can ensure that the flats and houses are cleaned on time for our next guests.
